Parent Carer Forums are grant funded to enable the voice of families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to be heard in the local area.  Dudley Parent Carer Forum became a fully independent forum in Dec 2020 and have been working hard in the local area since.

We are working on a fuller website to be released later in 2025. You can contact us via the email on this page or via our Facebook page.

Ordinarily Available Inclusive Provision (OAIP)

This guidance is designed to help education practitioners in all settings identify, plan for and meet the needs of children and young people who may require targeted support or interventions that can be provided from the resources that are ‘ordinarily’ available within the setting.

Bridget is a Carer Support Tool which has signposting and support for carers including Parent Carers - it is free to use

SENDIASS

Dudley SENDIASS provide a range of impartial information, legally based advice and support to help parents/carers, children and young people on all matters relating to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
